I don't understand why people put up fake pics and hide behind a keyboard, if you are serious about meeting people then you should be honest. I am who I say I am, and try to be friendly and polite, unless I get contacted by a complete idiot, then generally I just ignore them. I just have to say your pic is stunning for an "older" guy

Dang, there must have been a big sale on big words! Kidding, kidding. Though I can't ever remember a blog that used more multisyllabic words than this one. All sarcasm aside, if you get more satisfaction from the feedback your fake-ness gets you here, why would you change? Not you personally, but in general most people here get more praise for the fake pictures/words/etc they put up than they ever could irl.

This is really simple.... as long as you have social sites for people to congregate, you will need a certain amount of anonymity for the safety of all partaking. You mentioned , staying online communicating to find out what they are really like. .... That's not going to work...... To find out who a person really is , requires, at the very least, meeting them. Not chatting online. As for chivalrousness, that isn't necessary anymore. In western society men and women are treated the same. You communicate the same to a woman , as you would a man. No need to have the White-Knight flu. The person is just a female. Get over it. As for fake pictures, this is understandable in this time of cyber attacks and identity theft. On some social sites you have the choice of placing your likeness on your profile or choosing a cartoon avatar, in place of your likeness. The problem may be that many people are just not evolved enough to communicate this way.

Amen my friend you know there are so many fake profiles, I don't think I have ever seen so many. There are people with more than two profiles as well as those are the ones who enjoy causing drama and they are troublemakers. The site knows about them yet, they don't really do anything about them but when they do the naysayers come back with more different profiles. It's really getting out of control. And you know me I feel like we should always treat others the way we wish to be treated!!! Hugs and Smooches.. Seduce the mind and see what a wonderful adventure the body will take you on..

it is the way I was brought up. .... Time to dump that programming from 1963. It's out of date, and not compatible.
