Grew up all over the place from Texas to California to Illinois. I was a three sport athelete in high school and ever since loved the concept of fitness and staying in shape. I joined up with the Armed Forces straight out of high school to end up honorably serving my full six year term in the military. I then went on to pursue my collegiate career where I graduated Cum Laude in just under three years with my Bachelors Degree in Health and Physical Education.
